Join us in our Member-In-Training (MIT) Process:
The MIT Process is a comprehensive 3-week on-boarding designed by Rutgers Enactus to prepare new members with the necessary analytical skills and mindset for the work they will be a part of and to potentially lead our projects in time. We give a holistic view and understanding of our organization's work and mission, providing our MITs a chance to spearhead and present their own innovative ideas.
